This User Agreement (further - the Agreement) establishes the relationship between PetGlobals.com, further - the “Contractor”, and the Internet user, further - the “User”, which are established in process of using the services provided by the Contractor.

1. The Subject of the Agreement

1.1. In accordance with this Agreement, the Contractor provides the User the opportunity to use the services of the Internet esource PetGlobals.com, namely, placing, searching and watching ads. The fee for the services of searching, watching and placing ads is not charged by the Contractor, excepting additional (paid) services provided by the Contractor.

1.2. According to this Agreement, the Contractor has the right to provide additional (paid) services to the User. The list of additional (paid) services, the terms of their provision, the procedure of payment is posted on the Internet resource PetGlobals.com by the Contractor .

1.3. The following names can be used to identify the Contractor on the Internet resource PetGlobals.com: PetGlobals, PetGlobals.com.

2. The procedure for concluding a contract

2.1. This Agreement is a public agreement. According to this public contract, the Contractor undertakes to provide the services of the Internet resource PetGlobals.com, as well as additional (paid) services to each Users who has applied to the Contractor for receiving such services. The conditions of their obtaining are established by this Agreement and the PetGlobals Privacy Policy.

2.2. The fact of placing of the text of this Agreement on the Internet resource PetGlobals.com is a public offer. In accordance with this public offer, the Contractor shall enter into an Agreement with any of the Users, who will agree to its conclusion in the manner prescribed by the law and this Agreement.

2.3. This Agreement is deemed to be concluded in simple written form at the time of registration of the User on the Internet resource PetGlobals.com and (or) in time of placing an advertisement on the Internet resource PetGlobals.com.

At the time of registration and (or) submission of ads on the Internet resource PetGlobals.com, the User confirms his acceptance and fulfillment of the terms of this Agreement.

2.4. The conclusion of this Agreement is carried out by agreement of the User with the terms of this Agreement.
In case of the User's disagrees with the terms of the Agreement or with any of its provisions, the User is not entitled to register, submit ads, use the services of the Internet resource PetGlobals.com .

3. Terms of Service

3.1. The services provided by the Contractor of the PetGlobals.com Internet resource are provided to registered and unregistered Users of the PetGlobals.com Internet resource.

3.2. Separate PetGlobals services (services) are provided only to registered Users. Additional (including paid) services are carried out only if the User has an ad posted on the PetGlobals.com Internet resource.

3.3. Privacy Policy PetGlobals.com establishes the procedure for collecting, processing and storing personal data of users and visitors of the PetGlobals.com Internet resource. The services of the Internet resource PetGlobals.com are provided by the Provider to the Users who have agreed to the Privacy Policy of PetGlobals. In accordance with the PetGlobals Privacy Policy, a user visiting the PetGlobals.com Internet resource using its services and services automatically accepts the terms of the PetGlobals Privacy Policy and agrees with the procedure for collecting, processing, and storing their personal data.

5. Placing ads on the Internet resource PetGlobals.com

5.1. The User places ads on the PetGlobals.com Internet resource by filling out the appropriate forms with the indication of the necessary information about the object being placed and the contact information of the User.

5.2. The information provided by the User while filling in the forms for submitting an advertisement must be accurate, reliable, and comply with the requirements of this Agreement and the PetGlobals.com Privacy Policy.

5.3. At the time of posting an ad on the PetGlobals.com Internet resource, the User confirms his right to conduct the commercial activity specified therein and is responsible for confirming this right.

5.4. Rules for placing ads set requirements for their preparation, editing and deletion.

6. Communication on the Internet resource PetGlobals.com

6.1. Users of the Internet resource PetGlobals.com have the right to exchange messages on the topic of posted ads, services of the Internet resource PetGlobals.com, and additional (including paid) services.

6.2. It is forbidden to send messages containing obscene language that are not related to the subject of the advertisement, spam or advertising messages. In case of detection of the fact of violation of this requirement, the User loses the possibility of further sending messages. The site administration has the exclusive right to edit and delete messages contrary to this agreement.

7. The Contractor shall:

7.1. To provide timely and high-quality services of the PetGlobals.com Internet resource, additional (paid) services provided the User observes all the requirements of this Agreement.

7.2. Not to disclose information specified by the User during registration, except for cases expressly provided for by international law.

7.3. By posting information on the Internet resource PetGlobals.com or by sending electronic messages to notify the User about changes in this Agreement and (or) in the conditions of work of the resource.

8. The user undertakes to:

8.1. Provide the necessary information during registration on the Internet resource PetGlobals.com, as well as in other cases provided for in this Agreement.

8.2. Place ads on the PetGlobals.com Internet resource that comply with international law and this Agreement, the PetGlobals Privacy Policy and Policy.

8.3 Notify the Contractor of the existing claims regarding the services rendered no later than 2 business days after the end of the service.

9. The right of the Contractor to refuse to provide services

9.1. In case of violation of the privacy policy of PetGlobals, other legal acts, the Contractor shall terminate the provision of services and (or) services.

9.2. If the provision of the service and (or) service was terminated on the basis of violations specified in clause 9.1 of this Agreement, the funds transferred by the User for the service rendered shall not be returned.

10. Services

10.1. Users who agree to the terms of this Agreement have the right to use additional (paid) services.

10.2. The Contractor provides the following types of additional (including paid) services:

10.2.1. One-time raising ads up. As a result of the service, the ad in respect of which this service is provided rises to the first place on the page in its category if it matches the search queries on the subject of the advertisement, as well as on the pages of the categories in which the advertisement is being lifted. In the case of the subsequent provision by the Contractor of similar services in respect of other announcements, announcements raised up earlier are lowered by the corresponding number of positions.

10.2.2. Ad Highlighting is a service that allows you to make an ad visually more visible than regular ads. An ad can be highlighted using color, increasing the size of an ad on the screen - depending on the type of viewing ads selected on the user's device, as well as in other ways provided by the Rules. Highlighting an ad is done by displaying the highlighted ad on a bright color background. Additionally, in the “Tile” view, the highlighted ad is displayed occupying a larger area on the screen compared to regular ads. The service "Highlight ads" is valid for seven days. In this case, the highlighted ad will be raised once to the top of the list.

10.2.6 Services of a different kind, information about which the Contractor places on the Internet resource PetGlobals.com.

10.3. The Contractor establishes the cost and method of payment for additional (paid) services, and also notifies the User thereof before ordering them by posting information on the PetGlobals.com Internet resource.

10.4. The Contractor reserves the right to form prices for services, as well as to change them in accordance with applicable law.

10.5. A change in prices does not affect the provision of services already paid by the User.

10.6. Paid services are provided on a prepaid basis.

10.7. If at the time of the completion of the service and within 2 days after the User has not received complaints, the service is recognized to be rendered in full and properly.

10.8. The Internet resource PetGlobals.com has the right to suspend the provision of additional (paid) services in full or in part for technical or other reasons, having notified the Users in advance by email or by posting information on the Internet resource PetGlobals.com no later than 7 (seven) days before the suspension (termination) of the provision of such services.

In case of prepayment of the service, its suspension, stopping is made only after its full provision.

10.9. Other terms and conditions for the provision of paid services may be indicated by posting relevant information on the PetGlobals.com Internet resource.

11. Responsibilities of the parties, dispute resolution procedure

11.1. For failure to comply with the terms of this Agreement, the parties bear mutual responsibility.

11.2. The user is responsible for the validity of the information posted by him, as well as for the actions taken on the PetGlobals.com Internet resource under the law and the PetGlobals privacy policy.

11.3. If the fulfillment of the obligations imposed on the parties under this Agreement was impossible due to force majeure circumstances, the parties are not liable.

11.4. All conflicts arising in the process of fulfillment of obligations under this Agreement are resolved through negotiations between the Parties. In the event of the impossibility of settling disputes peacefully, their resolution hereunder occurs in the manner prescribed by law.

12. The term of the contract, the order of its change

12.1. This Agreement enters into force from the date of acceptance of its conditions by the User in accordance with sub-clause 2.4 of this Agreement and is valid until the end of the provision of services by the Contractor.

12.2. Following the conditions of sub-clause 7.3, the Contractor shall have the right to make amendments to this Agreement.

12.3. The Contractor shall have the right to non-fulfillment of the clauses of this Agreement if violations of its terms by the User are revealed. In this case, the paid amounts are not returned to the User.
