Since September 16, 2024, the rules for importing animals into a number of EU countries, as well as Georgia, Japan, Singapore, Australia, Israel, the UAE, South Korea and China, have changed. Moreover, in some of the above countries, you must wait for a quarantine period of 180 days.

Which countries do not require rabies antibody titers?

You will be able to travel safely, or arrange delivery of your pet, if they are going to the USA, Canada, Latin American countries - only cats are allowed. Dogs must be tested! For cats and dogs, import without titers is equally allowed to the CIS countries, Russia, Belarus, Moldova, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan. There are exceptions from the European countries: Serbia and Montenegro. If you are at the airport or hotel waiting for a flight (in transit), you must sign a declaration of no contact with infected animals. A sample for filling can be requested at the airport of arrival. Animals from EU countries with a European veterinary passport do not need to be tested if they are going to Russia, Belarus. Who does the rabies antibody titer tests?
